Read this

I just got this book the other day as an early Christmas Present, though, I am waiting for Christmas to open it. I am really excited to read more.
I happened to notice this book at Barns and Noble awhile back, but didn't do much to open it up to read what it was all about. Until the other day, while grabbing a coffee with a friend of mine, she picked it up and said, "this looks like your book. Its orange and has a bike on it".  So I took a look inside and read it was written by David Byrne of the Talking Heads.  He talks of Cycling cities around the world on his folding bike, speaks his opinion on Art, Architecture, and cultural things that trigger my intrest as well.
The funny thing is I love the Talking Heads and my Brother and good friend have been singing Psycho Killer for awhile now at Karaoke and they went to the same High School us.

Since the early 1980s, David has been riding a bike as his principal means of transportation in New York City. Two decades ago, he discovered folding bikes and started taking them with him when travelling around the world. DB's choice was initially made out of convenience rather than political motivation, but the more cities he saw from his bicycle, the more he became hooked on this mode of transport and the sense of liberation, exhilaration, and connection it provided. This point of view, from his bike seat, became his panoramic window on urban life, a magical way of opening one’s eyes to the inner workings and rhythms of a city’s geography and population.
